Membership and Refund Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy covers The More Club, our paid membership. Free accounts, the Money Playbook and the newsletter cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Cancel anytime
- Cancel from your account page or by emailing hello@penniesandmore.com with the email address on your membership. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't make you call or chat with anyone.
- Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops renewing. No further charges are made.
14-day refund on your first payment
If the club isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, and we'll refund it in full.
Yearly memberships
We'll email you a reminder before your yearly membership renews. If you forget to cancel and contact us within 14 days after a yearly renewal, we'll refund that renewal in full.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
