Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of penniesandmore.com, free accounts, our newsletter, the Money Playbook and other downloads, and The More Club membership. The site is operated by Faces Off LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Education, not individual advice

Our guides, calculators, downloads, emails, webinars and coaching are general financial education for people in the United States. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or credit counseling advice for your individual situation, and nothing on the site is an offer of credit. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, investment adviser or credit counselor. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; consult a qualified, licensed professional where appropriate. Our Financial Disclosures form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or make a purchase.

3. Free accounts

• Accounts are free. You need a verified email address and a password.
• Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you think it's been misused.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to abuse the site.
• Account holders receive account emails (verification and password resets), plus one launch email for The More Club only if they ask for it. The newsletter is separate and optional.

4. The More Club (paid membership)

• When it opens, The More Club is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance, at the price shown on the club page in US dollars, through our third-party payment provider. It renews automatically until you cancel. We'll remind annual members by email before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered by our Membership and Refund Policy.
• Webinars and coaching are educational and subject to section 1. Coaches don't give investment, tax or legal advice, recommend specific financial products, or act for you with lenders or creditors.
• Coaching sessions are booked in advance. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule; a session missed without notice may count as used.
• Membership is personal. Don't share logins, webinar links, recordings or course materials. We may change webinar schedules, coaches and content; if we make a change that materially reduces what you get, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused paid period.
• Price changes apply from your next billing period, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4a. Downloads

The Money Playbook and member workbooks are free for personal use. You may print and share them with your household, but not resell or republish them.

5. Email

We send the newsletter only to people who sign up and confirm by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Email and Anti-Spam Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, sign up other people without their permission, submit false information, interfere with the site's security or operation, scrape it in bulk, or send spam or harmful content through our forms.

7. Our content

The site's text, checklists, calculators, downloads, webinars and course materials are owned by Faces Off LLC and protected by copyright. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please link to us rather than copying our content.

8. Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as government and consumer protection resources. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any financial outcome, including loan approval, interest rates, credit scores, savings or investment results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faces Off LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for financial losses resulting from decisions you make, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or The More Club is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Faces Off LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state of residence gives you the right to bring it where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we'll notify members by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
